Praise for Gcilima’s successful flea market

Exhibitors said they are looking forward to the second edition next year

KwaMqadi Taxi Rank in Gcilima location near Margate was the place to be last Saturday, as the locals organised a flea market, a first in the village’s history.

According to the organisers, the market proved to be an economic boost for enthusiastic emerging farmers and small businesses.

An organising committee member, Cedric Mboyisa, said the flea market can only grow from strength to strength, as the aim is to host it regularly.
