The Port Shepstone Regional Hospital recently celebrated Quality Day under the theme ‘Moving from an Attitude of Compliance to Performance’.
“The event was aimed at highlighting the hospital’s steadfast commitment to excellence in healthcare service delivery,” said hospital CEO Zakanzima Mbethe.
He said it was important to do things right the first time while adhering to the Department of Health’s standards and guidelines.
Mbethe encouraged the staff to embrace innovation and maintain consistency despite resource constraints.
He also reminded employees to embody the hospital’s vision and core values to enhance patient care and overall service quality.
