Muscles were flexed at the Body Harmony Gym South Coast Strongman competition held in Shelly Beach last Saturday.
Participants had to do deadlifts, bench presses, tyre flips, farmer’s walk, and car pulls.
Nkosi Nyasi was crowned the overall winner.
Speaking on behalf of the competition, Rashied Gopaul said: “I thank my sponsors for making the event even more successful, and a special shout out to the contestants who participated,” he said.
