If anyone knows of the whereabouts of Stanford Nsimbi call 073 4294899 or 078 1876837

Caiphas Nsimbi (66) from Mbotsha in Boboyi outside Port Shepstone is looking for his missing brother, Stanford Nsimbi (56), who left their home in early January.

He said his brother is slightly mentally challenged and believes it is the cause of his disappearance. “In his early childhood, he was dragonised with mental challenges. He is registered with the Department of Social Development and receives a social disability grant.”

According to Caiphas, his brother usually left home during the day and walked about visiting neighbours in Mbotsha and returned safely, but this time round he did not return.

Caiphas Nsimbi is looking for his missing brother, Stanford Nsimbi.

“We waited a few days before searching for him. The neighbours said they had not seen him. We opened a missing person’s case, so that the police could help search for him.”

Caiphas added that as he walked about in the community looking for his brother, someone told him that he had been seen walking along the road in the direction of Port Shepstone.

“One person told me he saw him around Louisiana Informal Settlement. My brother loves mingling with smokers and drunkards. I think because of his mental condition, maybe he mingled with these people and drank a lot, it could have exacerbated his mental disorder, leading him to roam around and not return home.”

Caiphas pleads with the community to help him and his family reunite with his brother. “If you know of his whereabouts, call me on 073 4294899 or 078 1876837. You can also call the nearest police station.”
