THERE was a very good turnout at Umtentweni Tennis Club last Saturday.
Chantelle Donald kindly changed duties and provided for the inner man!
All members are requested to make a concerted effort to come along for a bring and braai on Saturday, May 16 at 5.30pm to officially open the newly-surfaced courts.
These courts will not be available till that day so members are asked to refrain from using them till then.
Liaise with Reel Fincham with regards to salads or desserts (or other!) you’d be able to provide for the braai.
League matches start this Saturday with the A team playing against Harding at Harding and the B team playing at home.
These matches start at noon so they should be almost completed before social tennis time so members are encouraged to come along and have some good tennis from about 2pm.
Saturday duty: May 9 – Angus Black; May 16 – Anne Payn.
