Muddy good ride for charity

Bikers endured chilly weather to raise funds for a local charity.

THE grounds of Scott Kvalsig’s farm revved to the sounds of the second Inbuzi South Coast Hospice Enduro last week Saturday.

Sandy Danckwerts, one of the organisers, said that the atmosphere at the beginning of the ride was one of anticipation, with 116 bikers gathering for the strenuous journey that lay ahead.

“The riders are here for the wonderful experience and to help raise money for Kingfisher House at South Coast Hospice,” she added.

Event organisers and supporters are thanked for making the ride such an outstanding success.

Proceeds from the event were still being calculated.
