Tennis seniors tune up
The tournament is expected to involve between 60 to 70 local players, as well as numerous visitors from other provinces.
THE annual seniors’ tennis tournament is just around the corner, and will be held from July 17 to 19.
Matches will be played at Uvongo and Douglas Mitchell courts.
Uvongo has benefited from renovations, with the upgrade modernising all the existing facilities and adding a few more, like hot showers!
There is a great deal of planning and work being done to ensure the tournament is once again a success.
It is expected to involve between 60 to 70 local players, as well as numerous visitors from other provinces.
The tournament has also helped generate revenue for other businesses in the area.
