THE Halfway Toyota Illovo Sugar Challenge, which serves as a fund-raiser for South Coast Hospice, will this year be held at the Lake Eland Game Reserve on Sunday, August 16.
Up until this year, the MTB race has been held at the Ugu Sports and Leisure Centre.
There are four different race distances: 45km, 25km, 12km and 5km rides.
All entrants will receive a goodie bag. Those finishing first, second and third will receive trophies with prize vouchers. All finishers will receive a medal.
Dura Cycles has sponsored a raffle prize, a Momsen AL129 29’er bicycle.
Raffle tickets cost R10 and will be available at Shelly Centre on Saturday, August 8, and on the day of the race.
