THE Suzuki South Coast mixed nominated trips played last Friday was won by Maureen Head, Annetjie Human and Johannie Theron.
Second place went to Albert and Alida Munnik, with Rentie Stevens.
Session prize was won by Marie Coetzer, with Callie and Estelle Quinn.

MARGATE Week will take place from May 1 to 5.
The Margate Show for the members and their family and friends will be performed at the club this Friday (28th) at 6.30pm.

DORA Vosloo, Brian and Jenny Rawlins and Gary Hess won this year’s Halfway Toyota Margate Challenge, sponsored by Halfway Toyota Shelly Beach.
Runners-up were Annette Payne, Trevor Heywood, Alan and Alison Dinning, followed by Peet van Rooyen, Louw Vermeulen, Susan van Rooyen and Charmain van Deventer.
Daily session prizes went to Team Maggs, Lancaster and Stander respectively.

IT was a wonderful day for the Nomads at Margate Retirement Village last Sunday, with 26 players taking part.

The hours of practice put in by the home side led to an overwhelming victory against Tweni in the cricket match played last Sunday afternoon.

SHAROLYN Dacey, Steve O’Moore and Ann-Marie Giblin won the recently played Schooners Restaurant mixed trips from runners-up Maureen Jonker, Tony Aveyard and Peter Giblin.
Keith Mills, Tammy Gibbons and Pat Maggs took the session prize.
Michelle Vermeulen and Ann-Marie Giblin won the Wimpy women’s pairs from runners-up Sharolyn Dacey and Tina Barbour.
Marie Coetzer and Mada Lindeque took the session Prize.
A great afternoon’s fun was had by all participants in the cricket game played between Southport and Umtentweni bowling clubs last Sunday.
The tournament was won by Southport.
Next event is the South Coast Herald men’s pairs on May 2.
VILLAGE
WINNERS of the Martin Electronics men’s 2-4-2 were Hein Bester and Neels Boshoff, followed by Ken Hills and Ali Mitchell.
Sessions went to Carl Volker and Dereck Schorn and to Ron Canning and Rennie Geyer. Brent Addison took the 50/50.
Hyundai drawn mixed trips was won by Alan Tyers, Nancy Hughes and Manny Piquito, followed by Ken Hills, Winston van Greunen and Rosalie Bloom.
