THE countdown for the annual South Coast Strongman has begun!
The ‘meanest’ muscle men from far and wide are expected to compete in this year’s contest, which forms part of this year’s Lions’ Show.
The test of strength takes place on Saturday, July 15 from 8.30am to 11.30am.
Come see the strongest men in the land battle it out for first place.
Contestants will take part in bench press, squats, dead-lift, tyre flip, farmers’ walk and truck/bakkie pull.
Bring your friends and family for a fantastic morning of entertainment.
