Windfall for golfers after lucky draw
Some of the golfers left the club in a great mood.
BUSINESS day sponsorship courtesy of The People’s Choice, has come to an end for this year.
The final business day was played at Port Shepstone Country Club last Friday and won by Rajen Naidoo, Sagren Pillay, Pete Govender and Ganes Munsami on 97 points.

They counted out Naveshin Moodley, Abel Yeeranna, Yeshvan Sampathmany and Santhos Baskali.
Third spot on 95 points went to Rob Calder, Jackie van Heerden, Ewald and Juliana Ziervogel.
This was the last sponsorship day of The Peoples Choice, which comprises Comfort Cool Airconditioning, Umthunzi Hotel and Conference, Harbour View SuperSpar and South Coast Aesthetics and Dental.

As such, a lucky draw was held. To be entered into the draw you as a golfer had to have played in eight business days over the past year and also be present at the club for the draw.
Geoff Hudson won the BTU Airconditioner including installation, sponsored by Comfort Cool Airconditioning.
Winner of the R5000 shopping voucher, sponsored by Harbour View SuperSpar, was Charles Hulley.
The previous Wednesday’s competition was won by Nathan Trodd on 41 points. Runner-up was Theuns Esterhuizen on 40 points, followed by Paul Bunge on 39 points.
Saturday’s competition was won on 51 points by Dave Milne and Ryan Keys.

In second place were Sashen Govender and Yeshvan Sampathmany on 48 points, counting out Jackie van Heerden and Mot Moleele.
