Fly fishermen Justin and Liam on track

The two youngsters are making solid progress in their sport.

JUSTIN Ashington and Liam van der Merwe have been selected to be part of a five-man KwaZulu-Natal A team to take part in the SAFFA Youth Fly Fishing Interprovincials, to be held in Douglas from October 4 to 7.

The venue is about 120km from Kimberley in the Northern Cape, at the confluence of the Orange and Vaal rivers.

Justin and Liam, both in grade 10 at Port Shepstone High, did very well at the recent trials held near Leopard Rock Cafe in the Mzimkhulu River Valley. This was in fact won by Justin.
