Harold Olkers bags big prize at Margate CC
The weather hasn't been the greatest this week.
HAROLD Olkers won Week 31 of the Carreira/Curlewis Cup at Margate Country Club last week Thursday.
He scored 46 points to ease to a huge win, with Robbie Myburgh next on 39 points.
Grace Fourie won the women’s individual Stableford last Tuesday on 35 points.
In second place was Margaret Taylor on 32 points, with Hilary Hendry and Connie McArthur next on 31 points.
The Wednesday Wobblers game was won on 89 points by Rob Brien, Jim Finn and Dave Boyd.
Runners-up on 83 points were Ken Norval, Wimpie Jordaan and Frank Merrill.

Third spot went to Otto Mutschler, Hanz Beilhartz, Andre Henn on 82 points.
Arthur Tomlinson Floater went to Keith Parsons, Rob McNeill and Dave Morrison.
Rain washed out play on Saturday.
