Saturday’s monthly medal at Margate Country Club saw Robert Mavundla clean up on nett 70. Runner-up was Ulric Gous on nett 74.
B division honours went to Sbu Ntozakhe on nett 68, followed by R Barr on nett 71.
Harold Olkers won the C division on 38 points, one ahead of Arthur Ehlert.

Lizzie Meyer won the women’s overall Nassau on 37 points.
Front nine went to Margaret Taylor and back nine to Jane Davies.
The Wobblers game last Wednesday was won on 81 points by Louie Gouws, Freddie Boshoff and Rob Brien, from Peter Hunter, Nico van Vuuren and Frank Merrill on 76 points.
Thursday’s Carriera/Curlewis Cup, (week 34) was won by Johan Stoltz on 36 points. He counted out Jim Finn, while John Ford was next on 35 points.
