Personal trainer takes it to next level

Zuko will be representing KwaZulu-Natal and at the same time flying the South Coast flag.

Zuko Mhlekwa is making a name for himself in the field of bodybuilding. He is congratulated on his recent achievement by competition founder Shameen Adams (left) and international judge Eddy Holloway.

ZUKO Mhlekwa of Shelly Beach took part in the 2019 Shameen Classic in Cape Town last weekend. He placed first in the men’s bodybuilding U70kg division.

Zuko has now qualified to compete at the 2019 Arnold Classic Africa on May 19 in Johannesburg, the Arnold Classic being an international stage.

He will be representing KwaZulu-Natal and at the same time flying the South Coast flag.

In the meantime he is keeping in shape and raising the necessary funds to get there.

He is a personal trainer in Shelly Beach and has very supportive clients who have wished him well.
