THE proposed friendly against Ixopo Rugby Club last Saturday unfortunately did not materialise, as Ixopo were unable to field a team.
The Scottburgh Old Boys Rugby Club (SOBRC) was only informed of this late in the week, and although notice was given on the Scottburgh Country Club WhatsApp group, apologies are extended to any supporters who did not get the notification, and arrived anyway.

Further matches are being arranged, and details will be released as they become available.
Please remember the SOBRC Beer Run and Potjie Competition day on Saturday, July 13 – all are welcome. This promises to be a great fun day, and we hope you will join us. Full details will be provided in next week’s report.

Tickets are available at the Scottburgh Country Club, Ushers and various other outlets, as well as from the rugby players.
All people interested in playing, are asked to please attend practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Scottburgh Country Club at 6.30pm.
