‘Muddy’ laughs at obstacle course

Athletes participated in recent comps.

Scottburgh Athletic Club members entered and ran the Bluff half marathon last Sunday, which is renowned for it’s hills, but all had fun and finished in a good time.

Runners (from left) Tammy Quarsingh, Dhiresh Vallabh, Elouise Jones and Chelsea Jones with their marathon medals.

While they were running in the race, some of the members participated in the Muddy Princess 5km obstacle run. After a good day out and many muddy laughs later, the ‘unrecognisable’ ladies received their medals.

Loren van Eeden, Heather Stanton, Dana Daniels, Jenny Parsons, Janeen Botha, Megan Muller, Ursula Jansen van Vuuren and Christa Seidler at the obstacle course.
