Striders plan for marathon

South Coast Striders presents the South Coast Marathon on Sunday, September 24. It will start and finish at the Ugu Sports and Leisure Centre. Distances one can enter are 5km, 10k, 21km and 42km. The two shorter races will start at 07:00 with the longer ones at 06:00.

Entrants for the marathon must be 20 years or older, 16 years for the 21km, 14 years for 10km and nine years or older for the 5km on the day of the race.

Participants for the 42km must wear correct club colours, with 2023 licence numbers on the front and back vest/crop top/T-shirt.
