MARGATE
The Uvongo Spar open, played on September 17, was won by Kevin Button and Shaun Crow.
Runners-up were Mark Kassner and Seb van Rensburg.
Lucky draw was won by Dave van As.
The Ken Tonge women’s 3-bowl on September 19 was won by Yvonne Bausek, Annette Symes and Nicky Riddle.
Runners-up were Pat Brand-Lyle, Anne Wells and Jo Wells.
Session prize went to Rentia Williamson, Wilna Swanepoel and Adri Jordaan.
The club welcomes all visitors and prospective bowlers to bowls on a Sunday morning at 08:30.
Learn more about this wonderful game in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The only prerequisite is flat-soled shoes or sandals.

SOUTHBROOM
Winning the Coffee on the Square open trips at Southbroom on September 16 were Tony Waters, Cleve Walker and Julie Walker.
Runners-up were Glyn Evans, Harry Devenish and Ian Hunter.
First session went to Rhett Butler, Hylton Cannon and Paul Ekermans, and the second to Jeff Cronje, Norman Davies and Louis Heystek.
Winning the JL Panelbeaters’ men’s fours on September 19 were St John Roodt, Shaun Crow, Paul Hare and Mike Prinsloo.
Runners-up – and league leaders with three rounds to go – were Shane Nienaber, Andre Maulgue, Colin Gourlie and Ross Ferguson.
In third place were Ian Hutton, Glyn Evans, Mo Karani and Harry Devenish.

VILLAGE
Winning the Spec-Savers open trips on September 18 were Ann Waugh, André Lourens and Elsa Lourens.
Runners-up were Ross Ferguson, Steve Rennie and Hazel Delaney.
First session winners were Johan du Preez, Jeanne Gregori and Mo Karani.
Second session winners were Manny Rodrigues, Heidi Bracegirdle and Kobie Ritchie.
