Felines benefit from ball

Guests thought they were just the cat's whiskers.

SOUTH Coast cat lovers danced the night away at the Cesar’s Way and All About Cats spring masked ball which took place at the Cycad Restaurant last Saturday.

Dressed in their tuxedos and evening gowns guests were treated to dinner, and the dance floor was open until late.

“We managed to raise R4 430 for local animal welfare and the funds will be used for a local sterilising campaign,” said organiser Claudia Sherrin. “I would like to thank all those who got involved.”

“The organisers did a superb job with this event. We are all definitely coming to next year’s ball, which will hopefully be even bigger and better and will raise tons more funds,” said Bev Temlett, one of the guests.

Ready for the dance floor are Vincent Barry and Natasja Rich.
