Not too nippy for a picnic
It was a ‘chilled’ afternoon of music in the park.
MUSIC fans braved the chilly weather to be at the Southbroom Conservancy and Cancer Association of South Africa’s picnic and concert in the park at Eyles Park in Southbroom last Sunday.
With braais lit, wine flowing, and a programme full of well-known artists, the audience was entertained in true South Coast style.
Among the artists were local jazz musician Vicky de Villiers, international baritone Wiseman Ntombela, who performed contemporary and classical songs, well known singer of gospel music and popular ballads and light classical music Arina de Witt and the up-and-coming Mtwalume Brass Band.
