From top to bottom – Umzumbe rocked
The bistro is closing its doors after years of providing a great platform for local music talent.
ALL roads led to Umzumbe last weekend when a bumper Woodstock musical event entitled, ‘Umzumbe Stock Festival,’ took place at Rock Bottom Music Bistro.
The two-day celebration marked the 45th anniversary of one of the most famous music festivals, Woodstock, as well as to say goodbye to the popular music bistro as it has been forced to close its doors.
An array of top musicians, who have become part of the Rock Bottom family, took to the stage during the two day event. Joining them were a number of friends, music lovers and Rock Bottom patrons who made the weekend a truly memorable one.
