The annual Melville Music and Folk Festival is a wonderful day outing for the whole family.
The eighth annual Melville Music and Folk Festival takes place at the Sanctuary of Love, Beach Road, Melville on Youth Day (June 16) from 10am.

ZiSaMo (members from ZImbabwe, SA and MOzambique) will take the stage and other confirmed musicians include David Marks (host), Cornelius, Fireside, performing art students from the Gamalakhe campus of Esayidi FVET, Julian Damon and the Sanctuary of Love choir.
Other musicians to play on the day include: The Gentry, Cornelius, Gamelakhe, TVET band, Fireside, Crastinater Pro, Colleen Damon and more…

This popular festival is known for great music, beautiful gardens, colourful market stalls and fresh food.
Well-known bands are featured and ‘new’ local talent is always showcased at the ‘food for the soul’ festival.

Interactive dancing circles and participatory drumming will afford everyone an opportunity to try something new.
Members of the church will provide clairvoyant readings in the sanctuary building between 10am and 2pm, but readings can be booked with Mary at 082 3495417.
