‘Valar morghulis’. ‘Dracarys’. ‘The Lannisters send their regards’. ‘Winter came for House Frey’. ‘You said it yourself, you haven’t fed them in seven days’.
These are but a few words and some lines from the various seasons of Game of Thrones fans will never forget.

Fans are running in fear more so than Arya Stark in the latest trailer released by HBO, speculating at the ending, deaths and possible future ruler of the Seven Kingdoms.
From what our septons and maesters – some more unethical than Qyburn – have managed to find, these are some of the best theories out there and readers are urged to beware of potential spoilers for the upcoming season.
A THIRD TARGARYEN
Some have speculated that a third Targaryen will be thrust into the mix, ruining both Daenerys and Jon’s claim to the throne as according to the books, there is a character known as Young Griff.
Ironically, this is the same child who was supposedly killed during the sacking of King’s Landing after which Robert Baratheon took control of the Seven Kingdoms.
Young Griff claims to be Aegon Targaryen, the only living son of Prince Rhaegar Targaryen and Elia Martell. He was supposedly snuck out of King’s Landing by Varys.

In the latest trailer, a man with blonde hair can be seen standing upon a vessel full of soldiers enroute to King’s Landing. The same group of mercenary soldiers hired by Cersei Lannister – The Golden Company.
LADY STONEHEART
Catelyn Stark, the mother of the Starks was brutally murdered at the Twins shortly after a wedding ceremony. She was among many other dead, including her son, Rob Stark and his pregnant wife.
In the books she comes back to life as Lady Stoneheart and is hell-bent on revenge for the murder of her son.

It is theorised that her remains will somehow be brought back in the form of a white walker and this is supposedly who is chasing Arya during the early parts of the latest trailer for season 8 although, this seems highly unlikely as her remains are not at Winterfell.
So it seems more likely that it could be an undead Lyanna Stark.
CONFIRMATION: From what has been released so far, it appears a number of high profile character deaths will take place.
CERSEI’S DEATH
In one of the earlier seasons of Game of Thrones, a flashback occurs in which a teenage Cersei can be seen alongside a friend visiting a witch.
The witch foretells that Cersei will have three children and ‘gold will be their crowns’ supposedly referring to the colour of their hair.
From what we’ve seen so far, Cersei has had three children; Joffrey, Myrcella and Tommen, all born of the incestuous relationship between Cersei and her brother Jaime.

In the latest season, it was heard that Cersei had again fallen pregnant, although suspicions about who the father is are still running rampant… some have suggested that Euron Greyjoy could even be the father.
It is suspected that Cersei may die during childbirth as the witch had only foretold of three children, also resulting in the death of her unborn child.
BRONN’S DEATH
Some have speculated that Ser Bronn of the Blackwater will die during season 8, presumably during the Battle for Winterfell.

A brief glimpse of a raging battle in the trailer at around 1.03 shows Jaime in the heat of battle – he can be heard shouting what sounds exactly like Bronn’s name.
JAIME’S DEATH
At around 1.05 in the trailer, a visually distraught and tearful Cersei can be seen sipping on a glass of wine – anyone who knows Cersei knows that there are only five things Cersei cares about, three of them were her dead children.

The other is power and then, Jaime.
It has been speculated that this scene is indicative of Jaime’s possible death.
