Duathlon for CHOC run

THE annual CHOC charity family fun run, walk or cycle now features a duathlon section for the first time.

It will start and finish at the Uvongo fishing pier on Lilliecrona Boulevard on Tuesday, September 24 (Heritage and braai day) from 8am, with registration from 7.15am.

Distances are 5km or 10km. Entry fee is R25.

Runners, walkers, cyclists, wheelchairs, prams, dogs on leashes – all welcome.
