Bringing families together at the ‘The Kraal’

The latest addition to accommodation options at Lake Eland Game Reserve is ‘The Kraal’. The new units are modern and just what you need to create the perfect break away.

As an exciting addition to the accommodation list, ‘The Kraal’ comprises eight units located in a half-moon shape next to each other near the top campsite and swimming pool, with a stunning view of the reserve. It is perfect to house groups of up to 20 people for functions or get-togethers, however individuals can book these rooms as well.

Each unit has it’s own bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity. There is also a fridge in each unit and a built in table top.

What makes this perfect for groups is the central boma/braai area, the pool which is close by and the communal kitchen area. Each unit will have a key to the kitchen where you will have access to cutlery, crockery and a stove.

These units can accommodate 20 guests:

TK# 1 = 4 sleeper (1 x Queen and Single bunk beds)  – Rated R800 per unit per night

TK# 2 = 2 sleeper (1 x Queen or 2 singles) – Rated R750 per unit per night

TK# 3 = 2 sleeper (1 x Queen or 2 singles) – Rated R750 per unit per night

TK# 4 = 2 sleeper (1 x Queen or 2 singles) – Rated R750 per unit per night

TK# 5 = 2 sleeper (1 x Queen or 2 singles) – Rated R750 per unit per night

TK# 6 = 2 sleeper (1 x Queen or 2 singles) – Rated R750 per unit per night

TK# 7 = 2 sleeper (1 x Queen or 2 singles) – Rated R750 per unit per night

TK# 8 = 4 sleeper (1 x Queen & Single bunk beds) – Rated R800 per unit per night

Lake Eland is a self-catering reserve, however, it does have a great restaurant on site and should you like to pre-book buffet meals, breakfasts or braai evenings, these services are offered as well.
