Probus celebrates 21st Christmas bash in style
To the delight of the members, a team of Harcourts local estate agents arrived with balloons and gifts for everyone.
THE 21st annual Probus Amanzimtoti Christmas party was held at Amanzimtoti Golf Club and officially opened by president Errol Theron, who welcomed all members, Amanzimtoti Rotary president Chris Skinner and past president Aneska du Pont, and entertainer Belinda Dolphin.
To the delight of the members, a team of Harcourts local estate agents arrived with balloons and gifts for everyone. This was followed by the fantastic arrival of Father Christmas in person, who proceeded to hand out more lovely gifts to members, each of whom took turns and loved sitting on his lap to have their photo taken.
After a delicious three-course meal, the entertainer got the crowd on their feet with her fantastic voice and lovely music. There was fun and laughter all round and one could feel the great vibes in the air.
Before leaving, a number of hamper prizes were drawn, and when the guests left each member received a wonderful gift of chicken from Kentucky Chicken to take home for supper.
Errol and Sharon-Ann Theron thank the press, and each every business and individual who supported the annual seniors Christmas party, and the super elves who assisted with packing of gifts and on also on the day.
