TOTI police made 34 arrests between Tuesday and Sunday, 13 and 18 January.
One person was arrested for attempted murder; two for assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm and one for rape.
In other crimes, six were nabbed for residential housebreaking; three for robbery; four for general theft; seven for shoplifting and one for fraud.
One person was caught for dealing in illegal liquor; one for suspected stolen property; one for possession of heroin and one for possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
Four people were arrested for traffic-related offences and one for defeating the ends of justice.
During the same period, police also recovered several items, including copper pipes, a helmet, a pair of boots and one cellphone. Gold jewellery (one gold ring, one gold bracelet and a Fossil wristwatch) was also recovered.
Among other items found were a steel table, a gas cylinder and two safety covers, a pistol, a magazine and three live 9mm rounds.
