Two die in R603 head-on crash
Firemen used the Jaws of Life to free the injured from the wreckage.
Two men died in a head-on collision on the R603 in Winklespruit at about 10am on Saturday morning.
The cause of the crash is unknown, however police are investigating further.
Netcare 911, other paramedic services and the fire department found some of the injured still trapped in the twisted frames of the vehicles. While firemen used the Jaws of Life to free the injured from the wreckage, paramedics worked tirelessly to stabilise the injured.
