Support Toti SPCA sterilisation drive

Funds raised in charity shops fund rural programme.

MONEY generated from Amanzimtoti SPCA’s charity shops help fund its outreach sterilisation drive.

“So far, this year we have sterilised 214 animals from the township areas,” said a proud Toti SPCA manager, Tracey Girling.

Therefore, the public is urged to support the shops by either donating items or buying good quality second-hand goods.

Due to an overwhelming response which has surpassed all expectations, the animal welfare organisation is thrilled to be in the process of expanding its Scottburgh thrift shop.

“As soon as the shop next door became available in July, we jumped at the opportunity to take it over. Our landlords have been very accommodating by allowing us to break through a wall between the two shops, making it one lovely big space for all the wonderful goods on sale.”

Tracey thanks everyone for supporting the charity shops at the SPCA premises in Nyathi Road, Athlone Park, the Scottburgh shop and for all the lovely donations it receives on a daily basis.
