Kingsburgh Child Welfare held a stress management workshop at its offices in Warner Beach on Wednesday, 3 February.
Author and inspirational speaker, Hitesh Surujbally conducted the workshop, which was an AECI-funded programme.
Twenty-two enthusiastic participants attended, who were keen to learn about stress and how to deal with it.
“The purpose of this workshop was to provide with real and practical tools that will support participants in challenging or stressful times, bring about a shift in their own awareness about their life, and support them with dealing with all types of stress in their daily life,” said Hitesh.
