Whoonga dealer netted

This dealer is well-known to the CCPO.

An alert Community Crime Prevention Organisation (CCPO) committee member apprehended a whoonga dealer with over 20 capsules of the drug and handed him over to Toti SAPS on Sunday night, 15 May.

CCPO committee member, George Snodey said the member witnessed a drug deal going down at the garage opposite Virgin Active at about 8pm and acted.

“This dealer is well-known to the CCPO. As he saw the dealer put the stuff back into his pocket, he pounced. He searched the dealer and found more than 20 capsules filled with the drug,” said Snodey. The dealer and the evidence was handed over to Toti SAPS.
