Third round of Rugby Nite Series kicks off at Toti Sports Centre
Rugby fans can catch all the action of round three at Amanzimtoti Rugby Club this Friday afternoon.
Kuswag continued their winning streak with a crushing 50-0 hammering of Pinetown Boys’ High in the second round of the schools Rugby Nite Series at Amanzimtoti Sports Centre on Friday, 1 February. With the junior boys smashing Warner Beach Prep 44-0, both Kuswag teams are well on their way to retaining last year’s crowns.
In the other high school game, Kingsway celebrated their first win when they beat Amanzimtoti High 16-8 in a hard-fought battle. Doon heights Primary Schools recorded their second win of the series with a tight 18-15 margin over Amanzimtoti, while newcomers Scottsburg beat Athlone Park 28-0.
