Amanzimtoti SPCA opens new thrift shop in Warner Beach

Spacious and organised, the shop offers men and women’s clothing, shoes, sports equipment, bric-a-brac, linen and household goods for unbelievably great prices.

Amanzimtoti SPCA invites the community to visit its new thrift shop, situated in the heart of Warner Beach at 115 Kingsway, which officially opened on Monday, 1 July.

Donations of any kind can be made to the shop.

A big leap for the local shelter, the thrift shop will give the community a further means to support all the great work the SPCA does for the town and surrounding areas. Spacious and organised, the shop offers men and women’s clothing, shoes, sports equipment, bric-a-brac, linen and household goods for unbelievably great prices.

Its location makes it a far more convenient drop-off spot for thrift shop goods and even pet food. Toti SPCA has, however, appealed to the community for volunteers to assist with sorting and working in the shop. Manager Tracey Girling extended gratitude to Wesley Ayer from Fins and Tails for the donation of shelving for the store, Gary Walker and Luke Keyser for doing the dry walling, Felicity McMillan and Tania Payne for setting up the shop and SOPRO Branding for donating the shop signage.

The shop will be open Monday to Friday from 9am until 3pm and Saturdays from 9am until noon.
For more information or to volunteer in the shop, contact Toti SPCA on 031-904-2424.
