Dog missing after Lower Illovo burglary

The dog went missing from a residence in the Lower Illovo area.

THE public has been asked to be on the lookout for a dog that went missing after a burglary at a property in Lower Illovo on March 25.

In a statement, the Community Crime Prevention Organisation Amanzimtoti (CCPO) said the crime happened at Walsh Place while the occupant was away.

“The resident came home and discovered the break-in. A two-plate stove, jewellery and food were stolen,” it said.

It is unknown whether the dog was also stolen or it ran away. Anyone who spots it can call the CCPO on 031 903 7037.
