Kingsburgh Lions elect new president

The Kingsburgh Lions Club is always in need of more volunteers and welcomes those wanting to make a difference in their communities to join.

THE Kingsburgh Lions Club elected a new president and welcomed two new members at its recent monthly meeting.

Moira Rigby was elected president for the 2024/2025 Lion Year, and she welcomed two new members, Zakhele Mthembu and Louise Ubleis. Rigby said the club is always looking for new members and welcomes anyone who has some spare time and wants to make a difference in the Kingsburgh community.

“We are delighted to have Zakhele and Louise join our club because the more members we have, the more service we can provide to the community,” said Rigby.
