Rabies vaccination clinic dates for the South Coast

Dog and cat owners are strongly advised to get their pets vaccinated.

THE KwaZulu-Natal Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has released dates for free rabies vaccination clinics in Amanzimtoti, Umkomaas, Illovo Beach, Warner Beach, and Winklespruit. Rabies continues to be a worry, and all pet owners are strongly advised to get their dogs and cats vaccinated.

08:30 – 10:30 Umkomaas – at the park near the municipality office on Barrow Street
11:00 – 13:00 Umkomaas – Saiccor Village Centre at the corner of St John’s Street

July 7
08:30 – 10:30 Umkomaas – near the Widenham Traffic circle at the corner of Cambourn and Widenham streets

July 10
08:30 – 10:30 Abour Crossing Shopping Centre – Oppenheimer Road
11:00 – 13:00 Athlone Park Library – opposite the library on Warner Road

08:00 – 11:00 Amanzimtoti Civic Centre
11:30 – 13:00 Seadoone Mall – parking lot

08:30 – 11:00 Warner Beach — behind the library on Hall Road
11:30 – 13:00 St Winifred’s – Plowman Park playlot of the supermarket

08:30 – 11:00 Old Illovo Sugar Mill – parking lot of the supermarket
11:30 – 13:00 PA Naicker Road – next to the temple at the big grounds

08:30 – 11:00 Winklespruit – Kingsburgh Centre at the parking lot
11:30 – 13:00 Illovo Beach – Elizabeth Avenue opposite the postbox cluster.
