GALLERY: Fun day fund-raiser for Meals on Wheels

Christine Crossley from Meals on Wheels thanked all the sponsors who assisted on the day.

SPORT and Fitness Club in Steeledale hosted a fund-raising event for Meals on Wheels on February 16.

Various activities took place on the day to help Meals on Wheels. There was a car wash, aerobics boot camp, boxing class, strongman competition, spinning, step and tone, raffle, Zumba and a jumping castle for the children.

Christine Crossley from Meals on Wheels thanked all the sponsors who assisted on the day.

“Everyone who helped us today is much appreciated, this includes, among others, Pick n Pay, Decathlon, Herbalife, Kiki-G Jumping Castle, Clicks, Team Sweeney – strongman, The Danish Confectioner, The Flower Centre and Alberton Driving School,” she said.

Otis Blume from Sport and Fitness Club was the coordinator and MC for the day.
