RMB WineX 2013, South Africa’s premier wine show celebrates 14 years at the Sandton Convention Centre on October 23 to 25.

As the thousands of WineX patrons have come to know since its inception in 2000, RMB WineX is about having the greatest range of wines, varietals and wine styles at your fingertips – in one place, on one night. RMB WineX is the wine happening of the year where winemakers talk about their passion, fashionistas seek out the maverick garagistes, and Jozi wine lovers meet to socialise en masse over a glass of good wine. There are delicious ‘on-the-move’ refreshments available at the Mastrantonio deli in the wine hall and shoppers can fill their cellars with best-sellers available through retail facility Shop@Shop. In addition to over 800 wines available for sipping and swirling, there’s glassware and gadgets, olives and oils, artists and artisans, vintage and vibey sounds provided by KayaFM. Many of the wines on show have won top awards during the year; WineX visitors can vote and win in the WineWizard Best Wines on Show ballot – either at the Apple iPad stations in the hall or via the WIneX app downloadable on all smart devices.
