*Ascot Bedding and Furniture Group donated beds to Moffatview Old Age Homes residents. This initiative by Meals on Wheels and Caxton South started in 2012.

*Blue water from the tap in Meredale. Yolande Collins opened the kitchen tap on March 11, she was shocked when a blue liquid came out.

*Inmates shine at the awards. Johannesburg Correctional Services honoured inmates who performed well in the 2012 National Certificate examinations.

*My Future My Career closing celebration. Minister of Basic Education, Angie Motshekga graced the closing ceremony of My Future My Career on March 17 at Ster Kinekor.
