REUVEN – In April 2013, the JSPCA made a change to their look, their corporate identity.
Happy, the dog rescued by Inspector Lucas from a water resevoir, was the reason for this change. Happy himself, as well as the process in which Happy was rescued and rehomed embodied what JSPCA believe in and what they strive to achieve through the work they do: Uplifting the welfare of animals and creating those Happy endings/beginnings.
Uplifting the welfare of animals can be achieved in many ways.
– JSPCA team members living up to their core values of professionalism, respect, education, dedication, support and co-operation through using them in their daily activities.
– Providing much needed veterinary treatment to people living in resource poor areas.
– Educating you, JSPCA supporters and fellow pet owners on how you can make a difference in the lives of the animals you come into contact with on a daily basis.
The new JSPCA website will give you information on their daily activities; provide you with information on pet care and the laws pertaining to the animal’s welfare. The new functionality in the animals available for adoption gallery, allows you to share the photos of these animals on your facebook and twitter pages.
You can also now donate via a secure payment gateway quickly and easily, with peace of mind that your details are secure. JSPCA would like you to know that not only will your donation directly benefit the animals in your area, but through a sharing agreement between all SPCAs nationwide – a portion will be used in other less fortunate areas to benefit animals over a wider area. JSPCA feel sure you will approve of this outreach initiative and wish to thank you most sincerely for supporting JSPCA and the movement generally.
