ROSETTENVILLE – This new computerised Project Planning course is now available to the residents of the South.
Students learn how to use project management software on the computer to prepare project plans and monitor projects, including planning and managing time, costs, tasks, and resources. The course covers key concepts of project management, working with projects, starting a new project, creating tasks, scheduling and relationships, constraints, deadlines, notes, hyperlinks, resources, costs, critical path, monitoring progress and rescheduling, preparing outputs, charts and reports.
Qualification – International Computer Driving Licence / European Computer Driving Licence Accredited.
Requirements – Basic English literacy, ability to read, write and basic computer literacy.
Duration – Four Saturday mornings, 09:00 to 13:00 and 45 minute examination.
Registration prior to starting date is essential.
