Miss Earth takes care of the dogs

JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – Miss Earth South Africa has collected over 200kg of dog food during the 2014 campaign.

Beneficiaries were the Animal Anti-Cruelty League and the SPCA. “It is very special for us to be able to collect and donate food for our four-legged friends. We appreciate the work the Animal Anti-Cruelty and SPCA do, they are a very necessary part of our society.

“Dogs and humans have existed since the beginning of time; it is our duty to care for them, and be aware of over-breeding and neglect. A special thanks to our semi-finalists who collected dog food. Your commitment is much appreciated,” said Catherine Constantinides, Executive Director of Miss Earth South Africa.
