Remember St Mary’s Christmas tree and angels

The Christmas tree for St Mary’s Children’s Home was launched at The Glen Shopping Centre on November 5.

EASTCLIFFE – Many shoppers have already taken a gift tag but there are still lots left.

All you have to do is choose a gift tag, and purchase all or some of what is written on the tag. Once you have bought the gift you can wrap it in Christmas paper yourself, attach the gift tag and hand it in at either the Customer Care Desk or Management Offices on the top floor. Or purchase the gift, attach the tag, hand it in and the gift will be wrapped for you. Don’t forget to attach the gift tag. This is important and will ensure all the children receive a gift.

If you would like to purchase toiletry or grocery items, hand those in at the same place. The Christmas tree is situated in The Glen Shopping Centre, next to the Computicket and Customer Care Desk, directly opposite Carol Boyes store.

The angels, which are handmade, can be purchased for R50 or more if you would care to make a donation. The money raised from the sale of the angels will go towards purchasing new clothing for the children at the home to wear for Christmas.  The angels are available at the Customer Care/ Computicket desk.
