Youth stop at nothing to make their dreams come true
GLENVISTA – Figures models, dancers and singers will be performing their hearts out, from July 20 to July 25, at the New York convention of The International Modelling and Talent Association (IMTA).
Sandra Adam, mother to one of the models, said “I was honoured and excited that my daughter was chosen to be part of the group, I wish her, and all the others, well and all the luck in this adventure. This is a life time experience and she must just enjoy every moment of it. Shakeela is very excited and at the same time nervous but she says that she’s just going take it one day at a time and have fun during the convention. It will not be easy but hopefully this opportunity will open both local and international doors for her career as a model”.
The young hopefuls participating at the convention are Bianca Ramalho, Zaheera Rasool, Nidene Bronkhorst, Shakeela Strydom, Naeema Isaacs, Carey Lee Timm, Tebogo Tjale and Sherwin Roman.
