UPDATE: Missing son believed to be safe

GLENVISTA – Odette Barkhuizen’s 23-year-old son Warwick is believed to be safe, after he was reported missing from his home on Tuesday September 8.

The COURIER spoke to Odette’s mother, Pam Immelman, Warwick’s grandmother, first thing on Wednesday morning, September 9.

“We’ve spoken to the accused’s lawyer and apparently he knows where Warwick is but isn’t in the position to inform us until the accused gives him authorisation to do so. The lawyer said he is safe.  Now we have to wait,” said Pam.
