Lerato Centre receives needed donations
Sister Helen and Sister Mary sent their heartfelt thanks for the generosity from the ladies of JIWA.
MUCH needed donations were handed over to the Lerato Educational Centre by 38 JIWA members, in Eikenhof, on October 5.
“What a beautiful and compassionate group of 38 honorary ladies, who donate their time and money to their organisation, to help make the lives of those less fortunate than ourselves easier and blessed,” said Rene Parker, of Lerato Educational Centre.
”They donated R2 500, with which they bought school shoes for our most needy children and, in their private capacities, they brought clothes, stationery, books, games and toys.
”As they said on their visit: it was indeed a beautiful experience for the JIWA ladies.”
