ON Thursday morning November 12, Netcare 911 paramedics attended a taxi crash along Heidelberg Road near Piet Street in City Deep.

Reports indicate that a car and a taxi was involved in a side impact collision, exact detail to the cause however is still speculative and will remain a subject for police investigation.

Chris Botha, Media Liaison Officer, Netcare 911 said, “Our paramedics arrived at the scene and found that two people had sustained critical injuries while one was in a serious condition. They stabilised the injured at the scene before they transported them to various hospitals for the care that they required.”
