JOHANNESBURG SOUTH: The Mbuli family would love to express our heartfelt gratitude to the community of Ridgeway, the CPF, Booysens SAPS, Region F JMPD and Lawley Fire Station, for all their contributions with helping when our cottage burnt down on Saturday morning, December 5.

Thank you to those who made endless calls and follow-ups to the fire department. Thank you to all who assisted with putting out the fire and our neighbour who used his swimming pool water. It was really an experience of Ubuntu, bravery and good neighbouring.

May we take this opportunity to wish all readers a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
