Netcare paramedics successfully resuscitate toddler
A team of Netcare 911 paramedics, which included specialised emergency care practitioners, successfully resuscitated a two-year-old boy who nearly drowned at his home in Mulbarton, Johannesburg on Wednesday December 16.
MULBARTON – Netcare 911 was called to the scene, where their paramedics began administering Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) .
After the toddler was stabilised, he was flown to a Gauteng hospital where he is receiving medical care.
The toddler was flown in one of Netcare 911’s Emergency Medical Helicopters which operate 24 hours a day to respond to life-threatening emergencies.
